This is a post that I put up on my blog awhile back. But now I am placing it here again because I feel inspired that maybe there are people in the political realm that stand for truth, justice and integrity. Change for Change's sake is worthless. We need positive change along with a tight firm grasp on the beliefs that make up our foundation as a country and for me as a Christian. That is why I posted this again on my blog while adding my support for McCain and Palin!
Fight for Truth and an Enhanced belief in this country, Our Country!
Apathy
no feeling
no cause
no fighting
no war
no freedom
only defeat
I don't want to tell God in the end that I did nothing . . . that is a scary thought.
God wasn't always peacful, but He did and will always represent the Truth!
Change the World . . .

Jes, I loved this post. I too believe that truth, integrity, and character involve action. We have to stand up and voice our thoughts and help those in need that touch our little universe. No one will ever be perfect in life or politics but, I too believe we now have a good choice in our future presidential election. I was so grieved about Obama's affiliations and his 20 year participation in a church whose leader would damn America. We have to believe in an America that will encourage those with integrity to lead and give our children a positive example to follow. Love you. Mom
